Refunds:  will only be given if Family Institute, P.C. is notified at least 15 days prior to the seminar.  There is a $10 refund processing fee.  By registering, customers indicate they understand and agree to the cancellation and refund policy. 

   Seminar is at the New Hope Community Church, at Sunnyside and I-205, Portland, OR.  Attendance is limited to 2300 people.  Pre-registration is required.  Starts promptly at:  7:00 pm.  Come early for best seating. 

   Cost:  $20.00 to $35 per person.  You will receive a Ticket per NAMED registrant.  Churches/Groups could purchase a GROUP OF TICKETS without giving specific names (Group tickets will be numbered together).  Just indicate either specific names or group status) when purchasing.  

   Important:  Make sure that your Name and Address are noted in the Memo area when paying.  Otherwise, we will only have your email and phone number.  The office will need to mail your tickets to you.  Thanks.
